①	Synopsis Enhancing the quality of products' after sale will play an important role in market competition. Providing after sale for our sold products embodies we are totally responsible for our products.
②	Earnestly carries out the undertaking of "the three promises for our products" ----promise to repair, promise to withdraw, promise to exchange. We will bear all the charges of "the three promises" that due to quality problems or due to the process of delivery.
③	Guarantee period is 24 months after the first inspection. During this period, we will change any damaged parts caused by defect of original material and production process for free.
④	Once the users are in need of adaptor, coaxial connector, modulating line, sell plate or other tools, we will send the products by expressed mail.
⑤	Any components that are needed will be provided at preferential price and no charges for mailing and freightage.
⑥	Both general products and nonstandard products will meet the needs of the users.
⑦	Any feedbacks or suggestions to our products will be highly regarded. We will deal with the problems as soon as we have visitors, receive phone calls or letters related to product quality. Components that are needed will be sent by expressed mail; users will be notified immediately and skillful personnel will soon arrive the locale if needed.
⑧	Any products of our company that have been sold to customers will be under lifetime guarantee and any needed parts will be available.
⑨	Under the valid period of the contract, if the designs or cables have been changed by users and caused co axial cannot match the cable, we will change the coaxial connector for free and send it to our customers ASAP, so as to keep the pace of the project construction.
⑩	In order to do well in after sale and meet the needs of user's construction, we will provide our services in the shortest time and the fastest speed.
