　　From initial procurement to jet modeling, plating, inspection, packaging, final test to the final product, the coaxial connector, DDF and ODF we produced is under the whole process of production. Every section of the process is strictly under the supervision and control of the ISO9002 Quality Assurance System Management. Core quality of DDF is under assurance for the coaxial connectors for DDF are produced by ourselves.
　　Producing complete sets of equipments shows Enhua possesses of the all-sided capability of producing integrated DDF and ODF and its attitude of highly conscientious to its products. It totally differs from those assembly factories in terms of quality, price and delivery time.

② To ensure using qualified raw material from large manufactories is the groundwork of the quality
Our coaxial connector is mainly produced of tin-phosphor bronze, bronze and Teflon; distribution frames is of aluminum alloy, armor plate, glass epoxy plate and stainless steel fastener. All of them are from big factories or manufacturers with high tech facilities or strict inspection facilities. We will never buy raw material from small stores and will never ascertain a contractor without investigation, grading and checking. Only those with Quality Certificate and Laboratory Text Report will be purchased; in order to assure the quality of raw material, strict inspection will be taken when they arrived at our factory and only those really qualified will be received and the rest will be withdrawn. Some manufacturers would lower the price by using mixed copper or deposed copper as raw material, yet quality cannot be guaranteed. It seems ok when first being used yet aerugo will appear after a certain time. What's more, machine' s performance will be influenced and lifetime will be shortened. 　　Our factory will only purchase adaptor, single-head tail fiber and twin-head tail fiber of ODF from Seiko and Wuhan Research Institute of Posts and Telecommunications, which are well known in China and aboard. It's been a rule of our company that could not purchase products without quality certificate, without network access license or inferior ones. Every purchased adaptor and tail fiber must be under electrical specification test. Quality must be strictly controlled so to assure the core of ODF is 100% qualified.

③ Advanced craft and precise apparatus is the reliable guarantee of quality
The whole set of assembly process and craft of our company' s coaxial connector is self-designed and taking a lead in domestic China. In order to assure the quality of every product, the production line is composed of automatic lathe and apparatus lathe with precise mould and cam. 　　Our company possesses of some advanced apparatus and equipment in China and abroad, such as network analyzer and code correct tester produced in Japan, plate thickness tester, electrical specification tester and apparatus, salt-fog test equipment produced in Germany. Such equipments assure the inspection and test of coaxial connector' s contact resistance, withstand voltage, dielectric strength, return loss, crosstalk radio and intervention subsistence. The adoption of Germany Tenenbao's plating craft and its gilding formula, the inspection of the self-controlled plating facilities and the testing analyze of plate thickness tester ensure the thickness of the plate is above 2micron. This is what other manufacturers could not compete with.

④ Strict, scientific testing system: first piece check, circuit check and special check

　　When workers finish the first piece of part, they have to let the checker to examine it after they check them according to the blueprint. During the work process, circuit checker should have circuit check. When a passel of parts is finished, they will be sent to specialists for special check. Only those qualified ones with a checker's seal could enter the storeroom of half-done products. Our company has now 45 checkers and everyone of them are responsible for every part, every stage of checking in every process. They in charge of the checking system and ensure products from parts work to the whole machine will be 100% qualified.

⑤ Certificate of ISO9001 quality system and ISO 14001 environmental management system guarantees the durability and stability of our products.

　　We implement ISO9001 Quality Assurance System Management since 1996 and it helps to form the regularity of our company's management. The core of ISO9001 Quality Assurance System Management is the quality of products. The guideline of our company is "Ensure 100% qualification of all the products and do not bring any trouble to the customers". Our quality target is to be closely in line with the GB/T9001－IS09001 Standard, to establish and keep the quality system, to provide satisfying products for customers. Appearance and structure are made according to customer's needs. Criteria like contact resistance, isolation resistance, withstand voltage, draw-plug lift-time, separation force, return loss and thickness of plating are 100% in line with customer's requirements.
